LAHORE: At the International Youth Congress held in Morocco, Alina Azhar, a young human rights activist from Lahore, emerged as a prominent voice advocating for the people of Gaza, drawing international attention to the worsening humanitarian crisis in the region.

Addressing participants from across the globe, Azhar underscored Pakistan’s unwavering support for a free and sovereign Palestine. She reminded the international community that thousands of children and families in Gaza continue to suffer the devastating consequences of prolonged conflict and instability.

Azhar highlighted that young human rights advocates worldwide are increasingly uniting around a shared humanitarian mission—strengthening global solidarity with the Palestinian people and amplifying calls for urgent action.

The Youth Congress, hosted at the International Rabat University, was jointly organised by Voice for Rights International, Youth Congress Morocco, and the International Rabat University. Delegates from Pakistan, India, and several other countries participated, engaging in dialogues centered on peace, youth empowerment, and international cooperation.
